These terms cover the Niohive website and custom software work. Densyti has its own terms on densyti.com.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Niohive Technology Services Pvt. Ltd. ("Niohive", "we"). When these terms say "you", they mean the person or company using the site or working with us.
2. Using this website
You may read, share and link to the pages on this site. Please do not copy the site's design or content to present it as your own, or try to break or overload it.
We try to keep the information here accurate, but it can change without notice and is not an offer.
3. Custom software projects
Every project is covered by its own written agreement, which sets out scope, timeline, cost, ownership and support. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the project agreement wins.
Sending a project brief does not create a contract or an obligation on either side.
4. Ownership
Unless a project agreement says otherwise, the code, designs and documents we create for you belong to you once the related invoices are paid.
5. Limits on liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on its content. Project agreements set their own limits.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date of the latest version will appear at the top of this page. Questions go to legal@niohive.com.
